Standard Parcel deliveries

Once an order is ready for dispatch we will ship it using City Link courier.
We usually use City Link next day service (mainland UK, highlands and islands may be 2-3 days)
Some orders will require multiple packages being dispatched.
Once a booking is created a tracking number is generated.
We will send this to the customer via email during the booking process.

A delivery attempt will be made.
If this is unsuccessful then the address will be carded (a card will be left)
City Link will then attempt a second delivery.
If this second delivery fails the package (s) will be returned to the nearest City Link depot.

If after 2 delivery attempts City Link have failed to deliver, the package (s) are returned to their depot for collection.
It is the Customers responsibility to collect the package (s) from the City Link depot.

Failure to Collect from Depot
In the event of a failed collection from the City Link depot the package (s) are re sent to GardenLarch LTD.
In this situation GardenLarch Ltd then become liable for two lots of shipping costs. The original delivery cost and the return shipping cost.

Resending a failed Delivery
In the event of GardenLarch Ltd needing to resend a returned package (s) delivery charges will be activated.
Gardenlarch Ltd will charge £10 resending fee per package. This must be paid before any shipment is authorised.
